RhodeCode Enterprise is a source code management tool for Mercurial, Subversion and Git written in Python.
Main features:
- Permission system with IP restrictions, and permission delegation options
- HTTP/HTTPS/SSH support
Updatable and Mergable PullRequest with optional rebasing
- Code review system with voting system
- Full text search
- Web-based file adding, editing, deleting
- Side-by-side diffs
- Snippets (gist) system with ACL functionality
- Pluggable authentication system with the ability to authenticate via LDAP, Active Directory, Atlassian Crowd, Container, Pam, CAS
- Support for Windows, Linux and Solaris
RhodeCode also provides an JSON RPC API, and multiple event hooks so it can be integrated with existing external systems.
RhodeCode is similar in some respects to Github, GitLab or Bitbucket. However, RhodeCode can be run as standalone hosted application on your own server, it comes with a handy installer and its Community Edition is free without any limitations.
