• Move the text to RST, build with Sphinx (DONE)
• Move some images to asciidag, others to ascii2svg(?) (ongoing/TODO)
• Move the examples to Mercurial tests (DONE)
• Add content (ONGOING, help always welcome)
  • Scaling chapter (initial draft DONE)
  • Changing history (initial draft ONGOING -- mostly done) -- tie-in with recovering from mistake
