Steps

  • Change the license to CC (DONE)
  • Set up a repository and a host for the book (DONE)
  • Get the book to build (DONE -- instructions could be better)
  • Move the text to RST, build with Sphinx (DONE)
  • Move some images to asciidag, others to ascii2svg(?) (TODO)
  • Add content (ONGOING, help always welcome)

    • Changing history (initial draft ONGOING)

  • Move the book into the Mercurial repository (TODO)
