- Change the license to CC (DONE)
- Set up a repository and a host for the book (DONE)
- Get the book to build (DONE -- instructions could be better)
- Move the text to RST, build with Sphinx (DONE)
- Move some images to asciidag, others to ascii2svg(?) (TODO)
- Add content (ONGOING, help always welcome)
- Scaling chapter (initial draft DONE)
- Changing history (initial draft ONGOING)
