To view plaintext diff of OpenDocument files in Mercurial, you can use the extdiff extension, provided with Mercurial.

 * Install [[http://stosberg.net/odt2txt/|odt2txt]],
 * Install [[attachment:oodiff|oodiff]],
 * Add this to your `~/.hgrc`.

You can now, for example, do
