1. Date and location
The general time frame for this sprint will be March/April in Asia.
The exact date and location have not been picked yet.
1.1. Possible Location
Sprints have generally been between 20 and 40 attendees, it is good to have a large main room and a couple of other smaller rooms for sub-meetings.

Possible timing considerations
Japan's "Golden Week" is late April to early May, and this year's is going to be especially important due to the Emperor's planned abdication on April 30th. Officially, Golden Week starts on the 29th; since this is the day after our sprint, I'm going to claim that we probably should not be targeting the Apr 26-28 dates.
Vernal Equinox Day is on Mar 21, and the office is closed; this might mean we are more likely to get that time slot
