1.5 Sprint

Let's get together for a couple days to do some serious design work and hacking for the 1.5 release (Mar 1).

We have narrowed the possibilities to the weekend of Feb 5-7 and either Chicago (Google) or Paris (Logilab).

1. Possible Hotels

Ideally walking distance from Logilab.fr at 106 boulevard Louis-Auguste Blanqui - 75013 PARIS, with at least 10 double rooms available.

6.0.0.1. Alexander Solovyov

6.0.0.2. Augie Fackler

6.0.0.3. Benoit Boissinot

I'm not available 16-23 jan. and 15-19 feb.

6.0.0.4. Brodie Rao

6.0.0.5. Dan Villiom Podlaski Christiansen

My sister is due to give birth mid-january, but I have no preferences w.r.t. date other than that. It's unlikely that I will be able to afford a trip to the US.

6.0.0.6. David Soria Parra

Before 16. Jan would be good. Feb / March is difficult for me because of exams.

6.0.0.7. Dirkjan Ochtman

I'm fairly flexible in January, though I need to be in Amsterdam on the 29th and the 30th. In February, I'll be at PyCon 18th-25th, otherwise available.

6.0.0.8. Greg Ward

PyCon in Atlanta is really the best time/place for me.

6.0.0.9. Henrik Stuart

6.0.0.10. Martin Geisler

I fly to a conference in Zurich on Monday, February 8th and return on the 12th. I'm also handing in my thesis at the end of February -- that means I'll be quite busy in this period. So I don't know if I'll be able to join.

6.0.0.11. Matt Mackall

6.0.0.12. Nicolas Dumazet

Given my location, it's going to be difficult to physically join you. But I want to take part in the sprint effort. I'll try to participate via IRC, mainly on inotify topics, and on any other topics where my modest skills can help. Update: my company is condering sending me back in France for a short period of time. As soon as the sprint dates are fixed, I will see if I can coordinate with them to match the sprint.

6.0.0.13. Patrick Mézard

6.0.0.14. Peter Arrenbrecht

I'd prefer Europe. But I guess I could afford travelling to the US, too.

6.0.0.15. Steve Losh

I'm very seriously considering heading to PyCon and a sprint the same weekend would pretty much tip the scales.

I can't afford to travel to Europe without sponsorship.

I can get to Chicago and know people there what would let me crash on their couch, so sponsorship for that would not be necessary.

I prefer Chicago, but Paris would be nice if someone else bought the plane tickets
